  • Selecting the Right Size: Choose the size that most closely aligns with your pup’s measurements.

  • In-Depth Measurements: Some of our more complex designs, including custom designs, require detailed measurements for a precise fit. These measurements must be provided prior to checkout, especially for new customers. Specific measurements will be required prior to any custom.

  • Unsure About Size? Need a Personalized Fit: If you’re unsure about your pup’s size, are between sizes, or need customization, feel free to reach out to us. Customization is free for all size ranges up to 19" in length.

  • Final Sale: We recommend submitting measurements even if you think they match the size guide, as all items are final sale. For our previous customers, we have your measurements on file, so there's no need to provide them during checkout unless there has been a change.

  • Customization Fees: Customization for pups larger than our size chart (19 inches in length and 22 inches in chest) will incur a patterning fee and material adjustments. This must be discussed with us prior to purchase.

  • Ensuring the Best Fit: Our goal is to ensure your pup’s outfit fits well while keeping the process simple and efficient. If there are any fit issues with your order, we will do our best to accommodate you! and find a solution:)

How to Measure

  • Back Length

    Starting from the base of the neck, measure straight down to the base of your pet’s tail.

  • Back Length

    Starting from the base of the neck, measure straight down to the base of your pet’s tail.

  • Neck Measurement:

    Measure around the base of your pet’s neck, where the collar would naturally sit. Keep the tape comfortably snug, but not tight.

  • Chest

    Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your pet’s chest, usually an 1 or 2 behind their front legs. Ensure the tape is snug but allows for natural movement.
