Our Story

Dancing Dog Couture was born after a custom outfit designed for Tika the Iggy unexpectedly went viral, inspiring requests from dog owners around the world. What started as a single custom piece quickly grew into a brand dedicated to celebrating individuality, self-expression, and the joy our dogs bring to our lives.

Today, Dancing Dog Couture creates made-to-order fashion for dogs with big personalities and places to be. From birthday parties and beach days to everyday adventures, our mission is simple: to make every moment worth celebrating.

Meet Ariana

Ariana Voutsakis is the founder and creative director of Dancing Dog Couture and Exo Alien. With over a decade of experience in fashion design, costume design, patternmaking, and apparel development, she has spent her career creating bold, expressive pieces that celebrate individuality and self-expression.

Dancing Dog Couture began unexpectedly after Ariana designed a custom outfit for Tika the Iggy. When Tika wore the look in a viral video, dog owners from around the world began reaching out for custom pieces of their own. What started as a single design quickly grew into a brand dedicated to creating joyful, fashion-forward looks for dogs with big personalities.

Today, Ariana brings the same creativity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail to every Dancing Dog Couture piece that she brings to her work in fashion and costume design. Each design is thoughtfully created to help dogs and their humans celebrate life's special moments in style.

The Human Side of the Brand

Before designing for dogs, Ariana built her career in fashion. She is also the founder and creative director of Exo Alien, a Los Angeles-based fashion label known for bold silhouettes, statement details, and expressive designs inspired by music, movement, and self-expression.

Many of the same creative influences that shape Exo Alien can be found throughout Dancing Dog Couture; from vibrant color palettes and playful details to a love of fashion that celebrates individuality.
